For as long as I can remember, I have always been moved by art. While studying art at University I was most drawn to the work of Jean-Michel Basquiat and Marlene Dumas. Dumas’s work exemplifies figurative art. I like her washes in grey whites and black.
In my art I feel compelled to encapsulate onto canvas man’s inner world – expressions of joy, suffering and delight.
